Tootsie's Hideaway started with a simple conviction: the best food comes from patience, good ingredients, and a little love. What began as a one-oven dream has grown into Spencer's go-to spot for sourdough loaves that crackle when you break them, pies that disappear by noon, and a pantry stocked with everything you can't find at the big-box store.

We bake early. We source locally when we can. And we believe that a grocery shelf should feel like a gift to yourself—curated, thoughtful, and worth the walk.
